Obligatory post concerning the end of my first year.
Instead of spamming everyone’s FB newsfeed, I will just air my generic thoughts out on the tumblr crowd.
I told myself I wouldn’t get caught up in the sappiness of moving out and all. Maybe we can blame it on me losing my mind due to too much free time before final exam cramming. Either way, I have now become one of them: one of the FB people posting about how fast their first year of college went by. GUARANTEED, I am by no means complaining about leaving. I am excited about finishing this year, starting summer, and letting my brain relax for next year. I learned A LOT this year. I have changed a lot-for the better. I am proud of where I am, what I’ve experienced, my decisions, all of it. Academically, socially, mentally, physically… the whole 9 yards.
It’s been great. But I.am.tired. Boy am I ready for some good ole NoVa lurvin’ and fro-yo at Fairfax Corner!
